i will not start the commission until at least half of the full payment is made.
at the moment , prices are in USD and i use paypal only.
i like to have a frequent back-and-forth with my commissioners and send WIP updates often.
when completed , a filtered , unfiltered , and transparent version will be sent. a .psd file can be sent if requested.
i reserve the right to refuse any commissions.
